A new strategic partnership between Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA signals a shift in how artificial intelligence will be built and deployed across industrial sectors. The companies announced a shared industrial AI architecture that combines Virtual Twin technology with accelerated AI infrastructure to support mission-critical applications.

At the core of the collaboration are science-validated “industry world models” that move AI beyond prediction and generation toward real-world understanding. These models integrate physics, engineering data and validated industrial knowledge, positioning AI as a system of record rather than a standalone tool.

The platform will run on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE environment and leverage NVIDIA’s AI stack, including Omniverse, CUDA-X libraries and Nemotron open models. Use cases span biology, materials science, manufacturing and factory automation, enabling what the companies describe as “skilled virtual companions” to assist professionals in complex decision-making.

The partnership also extends to infrastructure, with Dassault Systèmes’ OUTSCALE cloud deploying AI factories powered by NVIDIA hardware across multiple continents, while maintaining data sovereignty and IP protection.
