Meta has rolled out a wave of new AI-powered tools designed to help brands and creators work smarter — and faster. The company announced the launch of Business AI, an intelligent assistant aimed at small and mid-sized businesses that want to use artificial intelligence to boost conversions without hiring a data science team. The new system can learn from a brand’s social posts, website and ad history to create more personal and efficient customer interactions.
The new AI lineup goes beyond just chatbots. Meta has also introduced generative tools that can create images, videos, and even music for ads. Another update lets users virtually try on clothing directly from an ad — a feature that could change how social commerce works. Alongside that, the tech giant is improving how brands collaborate with creators, adding APIs for better discovery and campaign management on both Facebook and Instagram.
Meta’s strategy seems simple — make AI less complicated. By turning complex advertising tasks into automated processes, the company aims to make high-level campaign optimization accessible to smaller players. Its new Meta AI business assistant within Ads Manager can suggest improvements, troubleshoot account issues, and manage daily ad spend — acting like a 24/7 support expert that doesn’t get tired.
The updates also bring fresh creative possibilities. Brands using Meta’s Advantage+ suite will now have access to AI-generated music and dubbing features to reach multilingual audiences. There’s also a persona-based image generator that tailors ads for different audience types, giving marketers more flexibility and control over tone and style.
Creators haven’t been left behind either. Meta added new APIs for brand-collaboration searches and expanded access to the Instagram Creator Marketplace. A new recommendation system — called AI-recommended Collabs — will suggest partnership ideas automatically, while creators can now add product links to Reels and join affiliate programs directly from Facebook.
The company isn’t stopping there. Meta is testing new generative ad experiences where users who click an ad land on a personalized AI page about the brand. Plus, the company is experimenting with “virtual try-on” technology for fashion ads. As Meta puts more AI into everything from music to clothing, its plan is clear: make digital ads feel more human — and a little more fun.
