Meta unveiled significant enhancements to its ad-technology stack at Advertising Week, focusing on agentic capabilities and conversational guidance for brand advertisers. The upgraded Meta Business Assistant now incorporates cross-quarter memory and contextual awareness, retaining performance history, seasonal trends, and campaign goals. This allows the AI model to execute direct ad management tasks, including updating targeting, adjusting campaign budgets, and generating localized creative variations directly through conversational prompts.
To support third-party enterprise integrations, Meta expanded its Meta Ads Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architecture. This update enables external AI tools to connect directly into Meta’s ad auction infrastructure, automating complex campaign management workflows.
Complementing agentic features, Meta introduced scheduled tasks for recurring reporting alongside creative strategy importing tools. Allowing brands to upload custom brand voice guidelines ensures programmatic ad generation maintains brand identity standards across dynamic digital environments.
